The goal? Farmers were armed with the knowledge and tools necessary to supercharge their productivity and ensure sustainable practices. 🛠️ Skills for Success: Operation and Maintenance 🧰 The training, given by H.E. Jackson Engineering, delved deep into the essentials, from the precise hitching of the 3 tine ripper to the tractor, to the critical safety and alignment checks. Farmers absorbed lessons on gear ratios and speed settings tailored to their land's unique needs – all vital for maximizing the tractor's potential while conserving fuel. The day also illuminated the importance of maintenance, imparting best practices for keeping both tractor and implement in top condition. Routine checks, cleaning, and wear and tear assessments were demystified, equipping farmers with the know-how to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of their equipment.
